Talk to a human.
Write to hello@ripplecore.co and a person will answer. There is no form on this page, and no ticket number: it is an address that reaches somebody who works on this.
Before you hit send
Three things that help us answer first time.
Which Circle this is about
Its name is enough, or the kind of community it is — a school, a workplace, a town, a club.
What you are trying to do
Running a Circle, joining one, sponsoring one, or reporting something that went wrong: the answer is different for each.
Whether you run the Circle
An officer of a Circle can be given the desk that manages its members, invites and events, and that is a different conversation from a member question.
The address, once more
Nothing on this site records that you wrote, because nothing on this site can — there is no form, no cookie and no analytics behind it.
Most questions are already answered.
The FAQSafety, and what stays yoursTerms, privacy and safeguarding
If you run an institution, a charity or a club and want to know what a Circle would give you, that page is written for you — and the same address reaches the person who answers it.
